Did
you know on this day in 1973, Episode 4 of Planet of the Daleks was broadcast? It was Season
10 and starred Jon Pertwee as the Doctor with Katy Manning as his
companion.
Writer Terry Nation and
Director David Maloney, the story told of the Thal Commando team discovering a
vast Dalek army beneath an ice volcano.
In
2007 the second episode of the two part story Evolution of the Daleks was broadcast. It starred David Tennant as the Doctor with
Freema Agyeman as his companion. It also
featured Hugh Quarshie, Andrew ‘Spiderman’ Garfield, Paul Kasey with Nicholas
Briggs.

Dalek Sec has now been
transformed into Dalek Sec Hybrid. Plans
are still afoot to transfer the Dalek DNA into the humans collected by the
Daleks and pig slaves, but the Doctor thwarts their plans.
